Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach English language and literature to students from Classes 3 to 10.
• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessments.
• Improve students’ grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, and spoken English skills.
• Conduct interactive classroom activities for better learning engagement.
• Evaluate students’ performance through tests, classwork, and projects.
• Maintain classroom discipline and positive learning environment.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress.
• Participate in school meetings, events, and training sessions.
• Support weak students with extra guidance when required.

Required Skills:

• Strong command of English communication and grammar.
• Good classroom management skills.
• Creative teaching methods and activity-based learning approach.
• Basic computer knowledge and online teaching skills preferred.
• Ability to handle students of different age groups.
